Once we have identified and sourced appropriate talent we then manage the recruitment life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, verifications, and take the process through to the negotiation of offers, successful placement, on-boarding, follow-up and feedback.

In this process, our candidates are counselled on interviewing etiquette and educated around the client organsiation, their corporate culture and the expectations of them through each stage.
